What make a special burger???
meat and of course “bread”
That’s why i decide to share with you my recipe
It is an extremely simple recipe that even those unfamiliar with leavened products can make, and in the the result is surprising, perfect hamburger buns: soft and light but compact that keep the filling well without crumbling, delicate, slightly sweet, in short they have nothing to do with packaged ones.
•500 gr of manitoba flour tipo O
•20 gr of fresh yeast or 6 gr of dry yeast
•75 gr of butter
•50 gr of egg yolks
•75 gr of sugar
•25 gr of salt
•250 gr of milk
• Make 12 pieces of buns (90gr each)
Mix all the ingredients together and work the dough for 10 minutes until the dough looks smooth.
Rest the mix for 30 minutes. Cut pieces of 90 gr and roll up like a ball.
Leave for around 2 hour until they doubled the size.
Cook in the preheat oven at 190 degrees for 12 minutes.
Tips: you can make more and freeze for the next time.
You can make nice sandwiches with prosciutto cotto or salame and cheese with same mayonnaise.
