Learn how to make your own broth stock using my mum, my grandma and my hunt recipe.
All of them make the same type of veggie stock.

We make with our own veggies from our house garden, just adding salt, we have for the rest of the year.
- 1. 5 kg of onion
- 1 kg of celery steams
- 1 kg of carrot
- 250 gr of parsley leaf
- 375 gr of fine salt
Peel the onions, wash carefully carrots celery and parsley. 🥕🥕🥕
Grind all the veggies in a meat grinder or use a cutter or chop by knife really fine if you can. When you are done mix with salt and put in a small yard like a honey one.
Store in a cold and dark place.
This mixture will not spoil because the amount of salt is high. You don’t need to pasteurize or do anything.
Really fast and easy to do.
Will stay for 2 years if you keep well.
We use for:
- vegetables stock,
- chicken stock add to the meat,
- meat stock.
We also add to the meatballs , we use for make bolognese sauce , for make a tomato sauce and for make a filled eggplant.
Basically you can do whatever ever you like.
