De Cecco Linguine with calamari, cherry tomatoes, parsley and chilli 🌶 

Spring vibes in Copenhagen, Week end off for both of us, what’s better to try a new idea? 

My girlfriend decided to cook yesterday and show me how she improve after few years with me.She is really ITALIAN, she is usually eat pasta everyday, but yesterday she decided to make one of my favourite pasta.

De Cecco pasta is one of the best pasta on the market, easily found abroad.

She made DE CECCO LINGUINE WITH CALAMARI, CHERRY TOMATOES, PARSELY AND CHILLI 

 

The result was delicious, you can taste the calamari flavour and the aroma of Parsley and chilli. 

She has made this dish using some tips from me, off course 😏 but I was happy to eat this dish made with love.

  • Never wash calamari but use a paper to cleaned
  • For a tender calamari Cook gentle poached  for 4 minutes. Don t over cooked
