My girlfriend and I decided to dining in The Almanac, beautiful local Danish designer, elegant and minimal furnishings
The first things that I would like to say is about the staff, very friendly and helpful to explaining the dishes, of Nordic inspiration.
The menu has two choices: a degustation menu which include 5 course tasting menu for 500 dk and a la carte.
We choose a la carte because we didn’t like what was offer in a degustation menu.

The first was a Venision carpaccio and the taste of the meat was really delicious; the second one Mushroom plate was unforgettable .Different selections of mushroom, cooked in a pan fried. The taste and the colour was excellent. On the top was a egg yolk…the end of the world.
Really Recommended the two entree that we had.
Beautifully presented and very tasty.
The main was ok, nothing really special
Nice dessert recommended by the waitress.
We spent a nice evening with lovely atmosphere.
