Spaghetti with Fresh pesto |Pasta recipe|

    
Recipe for 2/3 people

Time:20mins

Ingredients 

50g of fresh basil

1 garlic clove

30g pine nuts or walnuts 

100g olive oil

Parmesan chees q.b.

200 g of spaghetti or Linguine

  
Fresh basil from my veggie patch.

Directions 

Wash and dry the basil leaves

In a pan or oven at 160 , toast pinenuts or walnuts, clean a garlic clove and put all ingredients except for Parmesan in a mortar and pestle togheter and mix til creamy.

Cook the pasta “al dente”, strein and mix in a bowl with the pesto and add pepper, salt to taste, dive olive oil to finish and the Parmesan.
