How to start a good day????

The breakfast is very important to start a good day!!! So let’s eat an organic fruit muesli and yogurt!! Specially after training to get all the essential vitamins, sugars and  carbohydrates for your body.

This following picture is my meal from this morning after my training

 Organic muesli with greek yugurt, banana, peach, apple with a splash of milk accompanied with a fresh orange juice.
