Today my girfriend and I we went to drop our flatmate at the airport and on the way back home we stop at the Victoria market in Melbourne.
We bought a few vegetables, scallops and salmon to make a nice lunch.
I didn’t have much time because I had to go at work but I tried to make a nice and summery dish for a day like today in Melbourne. Sunny and windy.
Those are the result:
- Scallop: orange & fennel
- Raw vegetables & salmon spaghettini
Those dishes makes a perfect appetizer and first course for a summer lunch.
Creamy, Crunchy and Juice perfect combination.
My lunch was accompanied by a glass of rose from Margaret river WA
